"Why do I love evolution?! I am stronger, more flexible and have better balance. My evolution team knows just when to encourage and when to push. They make the workouts challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! They get me motivated even when I don't feel like working out. They are extremely passionate about helping people get fit!" "Thanks to evolution, I was easily able to navigate the extreme physical demands of my trip of a lifetime to the Amazon!"
I have lived the Evolution experience and cannot speak highly enough about it!Bob T, Evolution Member
"I'm a 59 yr old with a cervical fusion. Three months prior to surgery, Evolution set up a personalized "pre-hab" program which increased my strength, range of motion and flexibility. Post-surgery, I followed their true physical therapy program until released by my surgeon. I continue to work out twice a week and I am stronger, more flexible, more active and I have lost 35 lbs in the process. I have lived the Evolution experience and cannot speak highly enough about it!"
When I don’t train with Evolution, I miss it. It has become a priority in my life.Elaine B, Evolution Member
"I began training at Evolution when I was 60 yrs old. My goal was to stick with it for a year and now it's been almost 13 years! When I don't train with Evolution, I miss it. It has become a priority in my life. I have always enjoyed traveling and have a goal of going to all seven continents. At 72 yrs old, I made it to my sixth continent- Antarctica! Thanks to Evolution, I am able to do the things that are important to me!"
Todays 75 is yesterday’s 60-65, and that’s why I need Evolution.Phil G, Evolution Member,
I’m a 75 year old retired professional who bikes, hikes and is very active in the outdoors. I have a 100+ acre conservation farm which requires weekly maintenance. Ten years ago I realized that to do all of the above would require that I retain my strength and flexibility. I have been a regular at Evolution and Spine Center, and can happily report my core strength has never been better. I still do heavy lifting at the farm, and never have had a single lower back issue. I credit Evolution for this, in that my core strength has increased over 100%. The professionals at Evolution are trained to focus on where your needs are, and then to set up a program to build you up in those areas. They chart your growth and constantly set new goals to improve your inner strength. Todays 75 is yesterday’s 60-65, and that’s why I need Evolution.

Evolution is more than a ‘personal training center’. It was created to provide safe and efficient exercise systems and programming as an alternative to the prevailing long, time-consuming and in many cases, injury producing workout programs. Our unique personal training program works with you at your own level of fitness and personal goals and requires only 30-60 minutes per week for maximum benefit. Patrick has conducted over 40,000 individual workouts from ages 9-85 in his professional training career.
