I’m a 75 year old retired professional who bikes, hikes and is very active in the outdoors. I have a 100+ acre conservation farm which requires weekly maintenance. Ten years ago I realized that to do all of the above would require that I retain my strength and flexibility. I have been a regular at Evolution and Spine Center, and can happily report my core strength has never been better. I still do heavy lifting at the farm, and never have had a single lower back issue. BackgroundPatrick Ziebell is the originator and principal owner of Evolution Exercise and Spine Centers; founded in 1997 as the very first personal training center in Waukesha County. Evolution is more than a ‘personal training center’. It was created to provide safe and efficient exercise systems and programming as an alternative to the prevailing long, time-consuming and in many cases, injury producing workout programs. Our unique personal training program works with you at your own level of fitness and personal goals and requires only 30-60 minutes per week for maximum benefit. Patrick has conducted over 40,000 individual workouts from ages 9-85 in his professional training career.

BackgroundSandy has been working at Evolution for 8 years, starting as a trainer and currently is the Madison facility manager. She has a BS in Physical Education with minors in Health, Coaching and Athletic Training. Sandy came to Evolution after a 30 year career in training and management seeking to enhance her own personal training and now embraces the concept of slow strength training as key to longevity and wellness. Her other passions include biking, kayaking, snowshoeing, hiking, golf and almost any outdoor activity.

BackgroundBen began working for Evolution in May of 2010. He graduated from Wheaton College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Health Science and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Ben’s personal interests include hiking, mountain biking, and home improvement projects; “all of which have been made easier and more enjoyable through my workouts at Evolution.”
